Amazon provides a standard 30-day return window from the date of delivery. In addition, Tratper extends coverage for an extra 30 days beyond Amazon’s return period, for a total of 60 days from the date of purchase.

If you receive a defective or damaged product within this coverage period, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Simply contact our customer support team with your order details and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll review it promptly.

Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear.
